A pioneering project is taking shape in Löhne: The training centre "Lehrfabrik Möbelindustrie". This modern training centre with a unique training concept is aimed specifically at the needs of the furniture industry and its suppliers. In view of the shortage of skilled labour and technological change, particularly in the wood and furniture industry, the initiative is of crucial importance for the long-term success of companies in our sector in East Westphalia-Lippe.
Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a complete furniture production line, the furniture industry training factory offers practical training, retraining and further education opportunities.
As a founding member, we play a leading role and are significantly involved in the development of the training landscape in the furniture industry. Our Managing Director, Thorsten Gösling, is also involved in the Lehrfabrik's Board of Directors in order to provide extensive support for the project.
The furniture industry training factory is a decisive step towards future-orientated and innovative training for the furniture industry. We are proud to be part of this pioneering project and to be actively involved in shaping the future of our industry.
